Ardex Invests in Australian Tool Maker DTA

Ardex Group (Aliquippa, Pa.) announced it has attained a stake in DTA, an Australian-based manufacturer of tools, trims and machinery.

The partnership does not entail any personnel changes in either company, and DTA will continue to operate independently.

DTA distributes in Australia, New Zealand and U.S. markets.
