Kährs Group has developed a guide to retail flooring to support the in-store sales process.
The guide, which includes Kährs flooring products, aims to provide tips to engage customers and keep their attention in the store—something the Swedish manufacturer says can be tricky in the age of cellphones.
“The overall ambition is to take retail concepts to the next level by bridging the customer journey between physical and digital channels, offering personalized inspiration in an environment that the customer recognizes,” Kährs Chief Marketing Officer Charlotta Persfell said in a statement. “We want to enable this journey through offering flooring that attract, engage and convert, aiming for creating customer experiences that go beyond expectations.”
