Bona US’s (Englewood, Colo.) fourth Bona Certified Craftsman Convention begins this week, Feb. 6–8 in Charlotte, N.C.
The event is slated to be the largest Bona Certified Craftsman Convention to date, according to Bona Certified Craftsman Program Manager Matt Casey.
The convention will include seminars, workshops and a hardwood flooring trade show. A new feature introduced this year will be round table discussions for attendees to allow for more participation and engagement during the event.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Ken Schmidt, a former director of communications strategy for Harley-Davidson, who will discuss how to accelerate success as a business owner.
Bona will also offer its own house coffee blend as a gift for attendees in honor of the company’s founder, Wilhelm Edner, a grocer who favored coffee before entering the hardwood floor industry. It will also commemorate the company’s 100th anniversary.
