DuChateau (San Diego) appointed Dennis Whitler customer service manager.

Whitler has more than 30 years of customer service experience and will be responsible for customer service and claims teams at the company, as well as helping with sales operations, warehouse and delivery functions and providing call center support. Whitler previously worked as customer service and call center manager for HD Supply.

“Dennis has a long and impressive track record of building highly effective customer service teams, which is critically important to our business,” COO Jim Heaton said in a statement.

Whitler will be based in the company’s headquarters in San Diego.
