DuChateau (San Diego) appointed Tawnya Arteaga as its first director of talent and culture.
Arteaga will be responsible for developing programs that support the company’s long-term growth plan and ensuring it continues to offer a positive cultural experience for employees. The newly created executive position oversees DuChateau’s human resources and talent acquisition functions, including hiring, recruiting, rewards and benefits programs, training and engagement and compliance and process optimization.
Arteaga comes to the position with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and talent development for public and private companies.
“Tawnya has a strong track record of contributing to the development of highly successful teams throughout her career,” DuChateau Co-Founder Misael Tagle said in a statement. “She is strategic, results oriented and has a natural ability to connect with people, which are critical components of a strong HR and talent development department.”
Arteaga will be based at the company’s headquarters in San Diego.
