HomerWood Brand Scales Back to Focus Solely on Sawn-Face Line

AHF Products (Mountville, Pa.) is scaling back its HomerWood brand offerings to focus on its sawn-face Simplicity hardwood flooring line, beginning Sept. 14.

Premium HomerWood floors such as Amish Soft Scraped, Amish Hand-Scraped, Smoked Specialties and Wire Brushed options will be available via custom orders at a minimum of 1,500 square feet. All other HomerWood solid and engineered collections will be discontinued.

“As we continue to reposition the brand and product line to one of approachable elegance, we are curating the line to create room for the future,” AHF Products General Sales Manager Steve Staikos said in a statement.

The HomerWood Simplicity collection launched in 2018 and features engineered Appalachian hickory and white oak with a matte finish and UV-cured urethane with aluminum oxide. The HomerWood manufacturing operation is based in Titusville, Pa.
