Westwood, Mass.-based C&R Flooring President Chris Zizza was honored with the Community Spirit Award at the 2018 Builders and Remodelers Association of Great Boston (BRAGB) PRISM Awards. Zizza was recognized for his work with The Make a Difference Project, a program founded by Zizza that promotes smaller charitable organizations throughout New England.
3M (Saint Paul, Minn.) donated more than 380,000 N95 respirators to its humanitarian aid partners that are helping communities affected by wildfires in California. The American Red Cross is distributing the respirators at 17 shelters in Northern and Southern California.
Hultafors Group North America named Peter Chatel president of Hultafors, as well as CEO of Johnson Level, which was acquired by Hultafors Group in April 2018. Chatel formerly held leadership positions at Senco, Walter Meier Holdings and Pentair Tool Group.
