WFB Briefs: Huber Engineered Woods Plans OSB Mill in Minnesota; Horizon’s New Purchasing Team Member; Küberit’s New Business Operations Manager

Huber Engineered Woods (Charlotte, N.C.) announced plans to build an oriented strand board (OSB) production facility in Cohasset, Minn. The new mill will be located on more than 400 acres and increase the company’s production of its ZIP System and AdvanTech structural panels while providing over 150 new jobs in the area, according to the company. Huber currently has five mills located in Georgia, Maine, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Virginia.

 

Horizon Forest Products announced the appointment of Alysa Klages to the Raleigh corporate branch as a purchasing team member.

 

Küberit USA named Anita Bryant its business operations manager. Bryant will work out of the company’s headquarters in Florence, Ala.
