The World Floor Covering Association’s partnership with ESR Commercial, the largest real estate brokers trade association in the country, provides WFCA members with real estate services to help open, expand or relocate their business.
ESR services include identifying, researching and analyzing potential sites, negotiating lease and purchase terms, and guiding clients through the acquisition process.
The services are available to members free of charge.
