Hardwood flooring panels signed by Kobe Bryant are up for auction and are expected to bring in $500,000 or more, according to CBS Sports.
The four 4-by-8-foot panels were part of the court the late basketball legend played his last game on April 13, 2016, before retiring, according to Heritage Auctions. They feature Bryant’s number “8” and his signature in black sharpie.
The auction is scheduled to begin Sept. 4, and the seller will donate 10% of the proceeds from the sale to the Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation, a nonprofit honoring the memory of Bryant and his daughter Gianna through charitable endeavors in sports.
