The Bona R540 is a multipurpose, damp-proofing primer designed to mitigate vapor transmission on wooden subfloors. It can also be used as a sealer for concrete substrates up to 95% RH and 18 pounds when applied as a two-coat system. It is easy to use and increases adhesion over sealed plywood floors, the company says.
