MAPEI’s Novoplan HFL is a smooth, high-flow, self-leveling underlayment designed for use on interior concrete and engineer-approved concrete floors, the company says. It is calcium aluminate-based, VOC-free and can withstand moisture vapor up to 8 pounds per 1,000 square feet.
