S3 Surface Solutions’ S3 Barrier SL is a cementitious-based self-leveling material with low permeability and superior chemical bonding performance to existing concrete substrates, the company says. It features moisture protection up to 16 pounds MVER and 100 RH and emits zero VOCs.
