AHF Products to Acquire LM Flooring

AHF Products (Lancaster, Pa.) announced it will acquire LM Flooring, a global manufacturer and marketer of hardwood flooring products.

LM Flooring operates a manufacturing facility in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, which will continue to service the U.S. market following the purchase, according to AHF. The company also services the European and Asia Pacific markets. LM Flooring manufactures wide width, long length, sliced, sawn and textured engineered wood flooring.

AHF plans to immediately expand the LM Flooring Cambodian facility in order to meet demand from the U.S. market, according to AHF Products President and CEO Brian Carson.

The LM Flooring brand will join AHF’s large product portfolio, which includes Armstrong, Bruce, Capella, Robbins, HomerWood and Hartco brands. AHF was formed from the Armstrong wood flooring brands after Armstrong sold the brands to a private equity firm on Dec. 31, 2018.

“Our strengthened manufacturing capabilities will create new growth opportunities for both our AHF and LM channel partners,” AHF COO Mike Bell said in a statement.

The purchase is expected to be finalized within the next 30 days.
