The NWFA held an Inspector Certification school at its St. Louis headquarters on Sept. 19-22. Drew Kern (Flooring Works) led instruction, while Cathy Duncan (EZ Report Writing) instructed on report writing. Volunteer instructors included Andy Campbell (DNA Floor Surgeons Inc.), Cort Dunlap (Hardwood Inspections) and Tim Moore (Moore & Neville Inc. Flooring Inspections).
