Joe O'Donnell will serve as the International Wood Products Association manager of government and public affairs and member services, according to a statement from the association. O'Donnell's background includes a ten year position on the staff of former U.S. Sen. Richard Lugar, R-Ind., once the chairman of both the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry and the Committee on Foreign Relations.
