
National Wood Flooring Association headquarters was inundated with inspectors last week for five days of NWFA Certified Professional Inspector workshops.
Participants spent a day each on the topics of Environmental Effects on Flooring, Moisture Testing, Real-World Inspection Scenarios, Legal Responsibilities and Report writing.
The school instructors included two NWFA Regional Instructors, Jon Namba of Namba Services Inc. and Roy Reichow of National Wood Floor Consultants Inc., as well as 12 others: Brett Miller, NWFA vice president of education and certification; Cathy Duncan, EZ Report Writing; Barbara Dunn, Barnes & Thornburg LLP; Jim Enright and Randy Lenz, Aprilaire; Grete Heimerdinger, Lignomat USA Ltd.; Paul Laurenzi, Delmhorst Instrument Co.; Tim Moore, Moore & Neville Inc.
