J.J. Haines Hires Two Vice Presidents For Operations, HR

J.J. Haines (Glen Burnie, Md.) hired Mike Barrett as vice president of operations and Bill Rothenbach as vice president of human resources.

Barrett will be responsible for leading the entire Haines warehouse and delivery operation. He previously worked in leadership positions at Sonoco Products Company, QVC Inc., CVS Pharmacy and Dollar Tree.

Rothenbach has more than 30 years of experience in human resources. His background includes positions with Proctor & Gamble, Bausch & Lomb, Sara Lee Corporation, Black & Decker and Colfax Corporation.

“We are excited to welcome these new executives, and look forward to reaping the benefits of their expertise and experience,” Haines President and CEO Bruce Zwicker said in a statement. “As Haines continues to grow and evolve, we need to increase our management capacity as well as bring to the company new ideas from other industries.”
