The 17th annual Domotex Asia/Chinafloor show will take place in Shanghai next week, March 24–26, and the National Wood Flooring Association will be there with its own pavilion on the trade show floor.
Representing the NWFA at the show is NWFA Chairman Jeff Fairbanks and Immediate Past Chairman John Lessick. There are eight NWFA member companies exhibiting inside the association’s pavilion space: Graf Brothers Flooring & Lumber, LaCrosse Flooring, Midwest Hardwood Corporation, Shamrock Plank Flooring, P.J. Lumber Europe, Robbins Sports Surfaces, Ashawa Bay Hardwood Flooring and Hill Wood Products Inc.
The American Hardwood Export Council will also be represented in the NWFA pavilion, as well as the American Lumber Company.
NWFA CEO and President Michael Martin, while not attending Domotex this year, will be on the jury for the 2015 GreenStep Asia Awards, which recognizes individuals and organizations working to advance sustainability in floor covering. Martin will choose among 26 international manufacturers competing for four category awards (PDF file): Best Green Product, Best Green Practice/Process, Best Green Promotion/Communication and Best Green Pinnacle.
