Urban Floor (City of Industry, Calif.) donated 9,000 square feet of European oak flooring and moldings to the Habitat for Humanity of Great Los Angeles.
The donation, Urban Floors’ second to the charity in as many years, will be used to provide flooring for about nine Habitat LA homes.
“At Urban Floor, we’re always striving to do better for our customers, company, employees and community,” said Rachel Rueda, vice president of Urban Floor, in a statement. “One of the ways that we do this is by partnering with Habitat LA, our number one charity of choice, and making a product donation that will help them carry out their mission of building decent, sustainable and affordable homes.”
