Horizon Forest Products (Raleigh, N.C.) sponsored the 9th Annual Tee-Off for the Troops Golf Classic Nov. 11–12 in Fuquay-Varina, N.C.
The tournament was designed to raise money for veterans with disabilities, homeless veterans and troops serving overseas. Last year’s tournament raised $93,095. Fundraising numbers from this year’s tournament were not available at press time.
The tournament included a military color guard presentation, a 21-gun salute and the laying of a wreath for fallen soldiers.
