Q.E.P. (Boca Raton, Fla.), the parent company of brands such as Harris Wood Floors, Roberts and Porta-Nails, donated tools and money to areas impacted by recent natural disasters.
The company shipped two tractor-trailers with an assortment of professional tools to its customer partners living in and around the Caribbean basin. It also raised $30,000 from Q.E.P. associates across the globe and sent the money to established charities in Puerto Rico and the Florida Keys.
“What was particularly inspiring was seeing the donations pour in from QEP offices across the globe,” said Len Gould, President of Q.E.P., in a statement. “Furthermore, our longstanding vendor partners stepped up as well, donating additional cash and product.”
