American OEM Wood Floors (Burns, Tenn.) announced the hiring of Harry Bogner as its new chief operations officer.
As COO, Bogner will be responsible for the company’s manufacturing plant and design center and will report directly to American OEM CEO Don Finkell.
Bogner comes to the position with 14 years of experience in the flooring industry, having previously served in senior manufacturing and operations positions at Mohawk Industries and Armstrong Flooring.
“Bringing Harry on will have a tremendously positive impact on our business in very short order,” Finkell said in a statement. “His knowledge of engineered hardwood manufacturing positions, as well as his entrepreneurial spirit, make him a perfect fit for our team and culture.”
Bogner said in a statement that he’s honored to be a part of the team. “I anticipate fresh opportunities, growth and a bright future ahead for American OEM,” he said.
