Boa-Franc Acquires Solid Hardwood Flooring Manufacturer Ten Oaks

Boa-Franc (St-Georges, Q.C.) announced it has acquired Ten Oaks LLC.

Ten Oaks has two facilities in Stuart, Va., that manufacture mainly red and white oak unfinished hardwood floors.

“The main benefits of Ten Oaks are the quality of its workforce, its location, and lumber supply,” Boa-Franc said in a statement.

Boa-Franc President Pierre Thabet said Ten Oaks has a great reputation in the industry and will be a natural fit with Boa-Franc’s company culture.

Ten Oaks was established in 2004 by President Buddy Williams and employs more than 140 people.
