The International Standards and Training Alliance (INSTALL) introduced a free specification resource for the flooring industry.
The resource, available at this link, is designed to provide downloadable specs for a wide range of applications to “allow users to insert trustworth flooring spects into overall building specifications,” the organization stated.
INSTALL’s certification standards are specified by flooring industry manufacturers, including Tarkett, ARDEX, MAPEI, Uzin, Sika, TEC, Schönox and more.
“The organization strives to help the industry deliver professional, dependable installations that ensure the success and longevity of every floor covering installation,” INSTALL Executive Director John T. McGrath Jr. said in a statement.
