Resource and Financial Management Systems Inc. (RFMS), a business management software provider for the flooring industry, was acquired by Compusoft + 2020, a global provider of end-to-end software and content solutions.
RFMS CEO Madeleine Bayless and COO Rod Bayless will remain in their leadership positions at the Tuscaloosa, Ala.-based company following the acquisition.
The acquisition is the first step into the flooring industry for Compusoft + 2020, which also services kitchen, bathroom, furniture, windows, doors and glass markets.
“It expands our offering to new customers in the flooring space and will also allow us to better address the needs of our existing customers,” Compusoft + 2020 CEO Jeorg Jung said in a statement. “We are excited to unlock the potential of this combination and achieve our joint goal of creating the leading global offering in flooring.”
