Molding Manufacturer Building ‘Charred’ After Fire Breaks Out

A total of 25 fire departments were called in to douse a fire that broke out at Mouldings One, a molding manufacturer in Middlefield, Ohio, Geauga County Maple Leaf reported.

The fire was called in at 8:25 p.m. March 9 and was contained to one building on the premises. The fire was brought under control after several hours. Approximately one-third of Mouldings One was saved by a firewall. The main section of the building was charred and still smoking the next morning after the fire was put out. There were no injuries.

Mouldings One is a division of Sheoga Hardwood Flooring.
