Jorge ‘Tito’ Boror of LOBA Wakol North America Passes Away Following Tragic Accident in Germany

Jorge “Tito” Boror, LOBASAND Business Manager for LOBA Wakol North America and a well-known figure in the wood flooring industry, died April 19 in an accident in Germany, LOBA Wakol confirmed. He was 37.

Boror gained prominence in the industry with his widely successful Instagram account, which amassed a huge following over the years. He was hired by LOBA Wakol as a technical advisor in 2017.

The news of Boror’s passing sparked a massive outpouring of online tributes and remembrances in and around the industry.

“Tito always had so much love and passion for his family, his friends, and this industry,” LOBA Wakol said in a statement. “He was larger than life and to know him, was to love him. We know this is shocking news and we share our deepest sympathy with his family and everyone that was lucky enough to know Tito. Please join us in respecting Tito’s family as they have asked for privacy during this trying time.”
