Historic Flooring, which purchased the former Harris Tarkett flooring plant in Johnson City, Tenn., in 2012, is going out of business and liquidating its inventory.
The company has been in operation since 2007. It is liquidating the remaining inventory from its 7-acre facility Sept. 22 and Sept. 23 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The remaining inventory includes flooring, barnwood, reclaimed beams, slabs, dimensional lumber, doors, mantels, antique lumber cars and more than 100,000 feet of trim and molding. It is also liquidating salvaged bowling alley lots and selling its buildings.
All purchases will have a 9.5% sales tax added unless a tax-exempt form is provided at the time of sale.
The company is located at 401 E. Maple Street in Johnson City.
