Diverzify, an Atlanta-based commercial flooring and interior services provider, announced its acquisition of Wholesale Floors LLC, one of the largest commercial flooring companies in Arizona.
“Further solidifying Diverzify’s presence in the Arizona and West Coast markets aligns perfectly with our mission to provide our customers with seamless flooring solutions on every project, large or small, no matter where they are in the country,” Diverzify CEO Jordan Zmijewski said in a statement.
Diverzify has more than 2,500 employees and a network of more than 7,500 installers. Its other brands include RD Weis Companies, Flooring Solutions, APEX Group and more. Wholesale Floors was founded in 1979 and has a focus on the healthcare and education sectors.
