WW Flooring Group Seeking Business Development Manager

WW Flooring Group, a partner business between Kennebec Lumber Company and Premier Hardwood Products, is seeking a business development manager to find and develop new markets for its products.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Pursue, develop, and close new customers 
  • Maintain new customer relationships 
  • Actively seek sales opportunities through market research
  • Establish and execute sales strategy meeting monthly and yearly budgeted goals 
  • Coordinate meetings with potential customers to establish needs and opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, trade associations, etc. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations 
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude 
  • Collaborate with WW Team Members to create “Win Win” solutions 
  • Other duties deemed necessary by the board of directors.

Requirements and qualifications for the position include:

  • Business development experience in the building material product (or related) industries
  • Experience in new business development 
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • The position requires extensive travel.
