Bona (Malmö, Sweden) announced the acquisition of Ezi Floor Products, a distributor based in Melbourne, Australia.
Ezi Floor Products was founded in 1994 and has been the exclusive importer and national distributor of Bona products in Australia for more than 20 years.
“EFP has long been a trusted timber floor products supplier in Australia with decades of experience in supporting contractors and homeowners,” Bona CEO Magnus Andersson said in a statement. “We welcome EFP into the Bona family and look forward to growing our presence in Australia.”
The acquisition was formalized in February and took effect immediately. The cost of the acquisition was not disclosed. Bona now operates 17 subsidiaries across Europe, Asia, North America and South America.
