Bona appointed Clay Covington as its vice president of professional sales for North America.
Covington is succeeding current Vice President of Sales for North America Tom McNeil, who is retiring after more than 17 years with the company.
Covington recently served as vice president of sales at Galleher and Trinity Hardwood Distributors, and was alsoas a sales leader with Mannington Mills and the Butler-Johnson Corporation.
“Clay’s strategic approach and deep industry knowledge make him an ideal addition to our leadership team,” Bona Senior Vice President of Human Resource Erin Wright said in a statement. “His proven track record of driving sales and building strong teams aligns perfectly with Bona’s culture, growth objectives and aspirations for the future.”
