Kährs Americas announced the retirement of Warehouse Operations Manager Bud Lopez after 27 years with the company.
Lopez began at Kährs, working at the company’s first fully staffed warehouse in Pottsville, Pa. Over his tenure, Lopez evolved Kährs’ logistics and operations, helping to expand the company to include a sample department, the company says.
“Bud’s legacy of hard work, dedication, and unyielding focus on customer service has left a permanent mark on Kährs,” Kährs Americas President Sean Brennan said in a statement. “His contributions have helped shape who we are today, and while his presence will be greatly missed, we wish him all the best as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement.”
Following Lopez’s retirement, Kevin Weinus has been promoted to inventory and operations manager and Diane Marquardt has been promoted to office and personnel manager.
