Deb DeGraaf Receives World Floor Covering Association’s Luminary Award

The World Floor Covering Association names Deb DeGraaf, co-owner of Grand Rapids, Mich.-based DeGraaf Interiors, the recipient of the 2024 Luminary Award for “inspirational leadership.”

WFCA’s Luminary Award recognizes individuals who “positively impact those around them through mentorship, visionary leadership and outstanding service to the flooring industry.”

“Deb embodies everything this award represents,” WFCA CEO Scott Humphrey said in a statement. “She is an inspirational leader, a tireless advocate for the flooring industry, and a heartfelt friend to everyone she meets.”

DeGraaf owns DeGraaf Interiors withe her brother, Dean. DeGraaf Interiors is a retail business specializing in flooring and countertops for commercial and residential clients.

WFCA says DeGraaf’s leadership fosters a culture of mentorship and professional growth that ensures each team member can excel.

DeGraaf will be formally honored at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 28, at The International Surface Event in Las Vegas.
