PG Flooring Hires Southeast Territory Manager

PG Flooring (Quebec, Canada) hired Chad Young as its senior territory manager for the Southeast United States region.

Young brings over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial flooring across a variety of materials, including hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile and carpet.

“Joining PG Flooring is an exciting next step in my career,” Young said in a statement. “I’m thrilled to bring my experience to a company that values quality work, integrity, and customer satisfaction just as much as I do.”

Benchmark U.S. lumber futures climbed to a one-year high in late July as wildfires across Western Canada threatened supply, with the Chicago contract settling at $650.06 per thousand board feet on July 27, up 5.3% over the month, according to exchange pricing tracked by Trading Economics and reported by Wood Central.
