Mohawk Industries (Calhoun, Ga.) announced that CFO Frank Boykin plans to retire in 2019 after 25 years with the company.
Boykin joined the company in 1993 and has served as CFO since January 2005.
“I am grateful for the contributions Frank has made to Mohawk during his 25 years with the business,” Mohawk Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lorberbaum said in a statement. "During that time, his leadership enabled Mohawk to expand from a niche carpet provider into the world's largest flooring company with manufacturing operations in 19 countries. I am confident in the strong financial team Frank has developed and appreciate his continued support through the transition."
The company has launched a search for a successor, and Boykin will serve in a senior consultant role to facilitate the transition after a new CFO is hired.
