Kristi Maxwell-Prince is the CFO of Maxwell Hardwood Flooring Inc. in Monticello, Ark., and is a co-owner of Townsend Flooring LLC in Warren, Ark., and BioWood LLC, also in Monticello. She is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark., and received her Master’s degree in Business Administration at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, La. She has served in the wood flooring industry for over 20 years.
