Repeating the Call for Ideas About Testing Engineered Flooring

I think this is important enough issue that I’m going to spend this week’s blog redirecting you to last week’s post about testing engineered flooring.

I found it interesting that the tests proposed in the comments rapidly went beyond the more basic structural tests I had envisioned and into a wider range of issues such as finishing performance, refinishing options and installation questions. I’m not sure if we can test all those things at once, but Scott and I have come up with what we hope will be an interesting way to handle this project—I’ll reveal that in a later blog—and if the idea works, I think we can do quite a few more testing programs the same way.

So keep the ideas coming: Let’s see what issues the industry has regarding engineered flooring.

]So keep the ideas coming: Let’s see what issues the industry has regarding engineered flooring. The more ideas posted, the more enthusiastic OSU becomes in handling this program, so let’s show them we want to see this done! If nothing else, can you just post a "I'd like to see the results" type comment on last week's blog, to show them the support we offer?
