Teragren Bamboo Flooring, Panels & Veneer (Bainbridge, Wash.) founders David Knight and Ann Knight have stepped down from their leadership roles at the company and moved into consulting support roles in order to pursue other opportunities. Formerly, the two served as CEO/CFO and executive vice president/global brand director, respectively.
Moving forward, company President Mike Boshart will assume a greater leadership role at the company.
Under the Knights' leadership, revenue at the company, which was stared in 1994, grew 40 percent annually for many years, and Teragren garnered widespread industry recognition, including placement in Inc.'s "The Green 50" list, which recognizes environmentally friendly businesses.
"We've had a great ride at Teragren and are confident that the company's environmental mission will continue to thrive for many years to come," said David Knight.
