After experiencing strong growth in North American and international markets over the last five years, Laticrete International Incorporated made key promotions to strengthen its management team.
Ron Nash was promoted to vice president, North American sales and marketing, from his former position as director of sales, architectural products division. Nash, who started with Laticrete in 2004, will now oversee the specialty products division and the marketing and technical services departments.
Rob Smith, a team member since 2008, was promoted from assistant director of sales, architectural products division, to director of sales, architectural products division, taking Nash's place.
"Rob demonstrated amazingly strong leadership in all of his past roles; I'm looking forward to watching what he does with his new, expanded responsibilities," said Nash.
Eric Pucilowski is now the assistant director of sales. The former regional sales manager for Laticrete says he is looking forward to the challenges of overseeing the company's MVP program and national accounts while continuing his previous sales responsibilities.
Ed Metcalf, a Laticrete team member since 1985, maintains his title of Laticrete president, North America division, but will take on the additional responsibilities of directing the division's operations and research and development departments.
