The winners were revealed today at the Awards Luncheon at the NWFA Wood Flooring Expo in Dallas. HGTV personalities "Cousins on Call" were the celebrity hosts for the event. Voting for all but the Designers' Choice award took place by members online before the show.
"I really appreciate everybody voting for me," said Denver Dustless's Mark Sutton. "It was kind of a labor of love project … It's something I drew on paper a long time ago and always wanted to do."
Russian company Yantarnaya Pryad-Parquet (Khimki, Russia), a Wood Floor of the Year veteran, brought its trophy total to six by earning two more awards, while Wood Floor of the Year all-time frontrunner DM Hardwood Designs (Farmington, N.M.) increased its all-time Wood Floor of the Year trophy total to 19.
