The Radiant Professionals Alliance will host a free webinar about the impact of the Affordable Care Act on small businesses at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 21. "Affordable Care Act 101" will feature senior-level experts from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) explaining insurance reforms, the small-business health care tax credit, health insurance marketplaces (also known as "exchanges"), and the nature and scope of the employer-shared responsibility provisions.
