Bona (Malmö, Sweden) is partnering with Kunzle and Tasin S.R.L. (Cinisello Balsamo, Italy) to create a combined range of Bona/K&T floor sanding machines. The initiative will combine Kunzle and Tasin's flexible manufacturing facilities and wide range of machines with Bona's extensive distribution network.
"We will have the advantage of using the joint competencies of both companies to develop machines that satisfy the specific needs and requirements of our customers as our companies have strengths that complement each other," said Kerstin Lindell, president and CEO of Bona, in a statement.
Bona will close its production facility in Sweden and transfer production to the Kunzle and Tasin facility in Italy.
