The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) is requesting nominations from its members for the 2013-2014 NAFCD board of directors as well as the Leadership in Action and Lifetime Achievement awards through Sept. 6.
"NAFCD is pleased to offer three highly valued opportunities for leaders in the floor covering industry," said Lockwood Flooring's (St. Louis) George Roth, NAFCD president, in a statement. "Serving on the board of directors is one of the best ways I have found to grow my leadership skills and serve the industry. I encourage members to take advantage of these honors and consider serving on the board or recognizing a qualified candidate with one of the two NAFCD awards."
Award winners will be announced at the 2013 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention Nov. 12-14 in Chicago, Ill. Terms for the board of directors begin November 2013.
