Azuga, provider of GPS fleet tracking and driver behavior services, has launched DriveSafe, a service that blocks emails and texts on employees' phones while the vehicle they are driving is in motion.
"Distracted driving is not only part of the national conversation today, it's the law. Talking or texting while driving is a huge liability for our fleet customers," said Ananth Rani, vice president and general manager of Azuga, in a statement.
Azuga expects customers will be involved in fewer rear-end crashes, saving on costly repairs, minimizing liability and keeping drivers safe. More information on DriveSafe is available here.
