Derr Flooring Hosts "Wicked" Wood Flooring Event

Derr Flooring Company (Willow Grove, Pa.) teamed with Armstrong Hardwood Flooring (Lancaster, Pa.) and PA Floors to sponsor a hardwood flooring event for local architects, designers and installers at Philadelphia's Kimmel Center.

Attendees from more than 20 local firms learned about using hardwood flooring in designing commercial spaces, discussing both aesthetics and performance. Sara Babinski, Armstrong's principal designer, discussed color and design forecasts for 2014, and James Reath of PA Floors answered installation questions. In the evening, attendees enjoyed a performance of "Wicked" at the Academy of Music.
