TMT America Inc. has acquired majority interest in HPS North America Inc., North American partner of Schönox effective today, making HPS an operating subsidiary of TMT. TMT will provide operational, marketing and consulting services as well as investments to accelerate HPS's distribution and brand development in North America.
Both companies' corporate offices will remain in Florence, Ala., however, HPS's facility will be renovated to expand warehousing and shipping capacity.
