Houzz Survey Shows Wood Preferred for Kitchen Floors

The home design social network Houzz has released its first Kitchen Remodeling Survey, which found that solid hardwood wood is the preferred flooring for kitchens, beating tile 35 percent to 32 percent. Engineered wood floors were third with 8 percent. In addition, the survey found that the top five most-saved kitchen images all had wood floors.
