The Floor Covering Installation Contractors Association (FCICA) will host a Utilizing the Estimate webinar on Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. EST. Terry Wheat of RFMS, the flooring software company, will guide installation managers through running a successful project from a prepared estimate.
The first area covered during this session will be the technical, documentation and calculation side of the estimate, then move on to investigating the project, reviewing job site conditions, confirming installation costs, and managing all aspects of the installation so that actual costs stay within estimated projections.
